Challenge
The main challenge of the project was creating an integrated platform that simultaneously served as both a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and an E-commerce solution. The goal was
to ensure seamless interaction between these two categories, allowing customer data and sales processes to effectively integrate and support business operations. Another key challenge was ensuring the security of financial transactions, integrating personalized marketing and analytics
to improve sales, and designing an intuitive interface for various roles, including Site Admin, Company Admin, Store Admin, and Employee.
Problems that the service solves.
This CRM system addresses key business challenges by integrating customer data and sales processes
in one place, improving customer interactions and boosting sales efficiency. It provides personalized marketing, financial transaction management, and high data security. Additionally, the system offers powerful analytical tools for making informed business decisions and simplifies employee management with various roles, enhancing organizational efficiency.
Results
We did not receive any results. Since the system was used for internal business use. And after the release of the 1 working version. The client no longer contacted the company. Thus, we did not receive any metrics.
Process
Research & Analysis: We conducted user interviews, surveys, and analyzed in-app analytics to understand the pain points and user needs. We also studied competitor apps and industry trends to gather insights
Information Architecture: Based on the research findings, we restructured the app's navigation and content, prioritizing features and information according to user needs.
Wireframing & Prototyping: We designed low-fidelity wireframes to visualize the new layout and navigation, iteratively refining them based on user feedback. Afterward, we built a high-fidelity, interactive prototype to test the design.
Visual Design & Style Guide: We developed a cohesive visual language, including color schemes, typography, and iconography, ensuring consistency throughout the app. We also created a style guide to maintain design consistency in future updates.
Conclusion
In conclusion, I can confidently say that this project was straightforward, even without the need for interviews with stakeholders. The task was defined solely through the Technical Specifications, and that was all. Through this work, I aimed
to demonstrate how effectively tables and visuals can be utilized to convey information and enhance user experience.
